On July 11, 2009, the Villages of Irvine® will celebrate the opening of the newest village - Woodbury East. Open to the public, the grand opening event is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm and will take place at Woodbury East’s first new neighborhood, Ivy by William Lyon Homes, and Woodbury East’s Rose Petal Garden Park. Come take a tour of Ivy’s three new model homes, check out neighborhood amenities and enjoy the grand opening festivities with your friends and family.
Ivy will offer three unique two-story floorplans ranging in size from approximately 1,180 to 1,500 square feet, featuring up to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and direct-access two-car garages. Prices begin in the high 300,000s.
