I have one son and no pets. He and I are both training for our black belts and also love to spend time outdoors...he enjoys swimming, football, baseball, basketball, etc. though we are holding off on team sports for now!

Your most precious "mom" moment:

There are many, but one I love is when I had knee surgery. He asked me so sweetly afterward, "Is your leg feeling better?" And he asked me that every morning for quite a long time.

As a mother, the thing you struggle with most:

Knowing whether I'm making the right decisions. I'm a single mom making the decisions on my own, so at times I question myself.

What worries you?

The idea of him getting older and growing "too cool" for mom!

What do you do to pamper yourself?

Pedicures, a glass of wine, girls' night out occasionally

Mother aside, what are you really great at?

Business ventures and multitasking. I'm a writer and also host private wine tastings in homes and offices, hold down a full-time job and still make a pretty tasty pasta dish for dinner.
